Onboarding
Choose how you would like to request access to AImageLab-SRV.
Option 1: Automatic Onboarding (with a UNIMORE Account)
If you have a UNIMORE institutional account you can use the automatic onboarding process. We will retrieve your verified identity data via Shibboleth and pre-fill your profile.
Submitting your data does not grant immediate access. Only users authorized to use AImageLab-SRV (e.g. enrolled students of relevant courses, structured personnel, PhD students, postdocs, and expressly approved collaborators) will be granted access. Requests from other accounts will be reviewed and may be denied.
What will happen
- You are redirected to the UNIMORE SSO login (Shibboleth).
- After successful login we receive your attributes (name, email, affiliation, etc.).
- We create or update your local account/profile (in a pending state until reviewed).
- An administrator reviews your request and approves or denies access.
By proceeding you consent to us storing the provided institutional attributes for account management and audit.
If your request is denied, your stored data will be limited to what is necessary for audit and policy compliance.
Option 2: External User Onboarding (No UNIMORE Account)
If you are an external collaborator without a UNIMORE account you can submit your data directly here, including an identity document. Your request will be reviewed manually.

Option 3: Request Account via Ticket
If you do not have a UNIMORE institutional account, you can still request access by opening a ticket. Provide your full name, institutional affiliation (if any), intended use, and justification. The request will be reviewed and you will be contacted regarding the outcome.
