Book a Meeting
Students can book office hours for course support, thesis guidance, or ongoing thesis checkpoints. Companies and external partners can schedule meetings to discuss collaborations, internships, and joint projects. Browse the options below, pick the type that fits, and get a direct scheduling link.
Most meetings are 30 minutes. PhD and company meetings are 60 minutes. The slot size is shown before booking.
Choose between an in-person meeting (Building MO-27 or the UNIMORE AI Center) or a remote call. A Google Meet link is generated automatically for remote meetings.
A confirmation email with all the details is sent immediately after booking. Cancellation and rescheduling links are included.
If no slots are available, you can request a notification for when new time opens up — no need to keep checking manually.

Meeting location
Where is your office? Primarily in Building MO-27, P. Vivarelli Street, Modena — ring the doorphone (✆ 6353) to enter, then take the elevator on the left to the second floor. I may also be at the UNIMORE AI Center; if you are unsure, check the confirmation email or contact me in advance.
What if you are not in your office? Check the laboratory on the first floor of Building MO-52, also on P. Vivarelli Street. If still not there, call 0592056353.
Can I request a remote meeting? Yes. Select the Call location when booking and a Google Meet link will be generated automatically.
Booking and rescheduling
What if the meeting runs long? Allocated times cover most discussions. If more time is needed, a follow-up meeting can be scheduled.
How do I reschedule or cancel? A reschedule/cancel link is included in the confirmation email.
No slots available? Use the notification request link on the scheduling page to be alerted when new slots open up.
For companies and partners
What collaborations are possible? Joint projects, co-supervised student theses, internships, seminars, and technology transfer.
What should I include in my request? A short brief covering the problem, goals, expected timeline, any constraints (tools, data, NDA), and who will attend.
Can we sign an NDA? Yes, NDAs can be arranged through the university. Please mention this when booking.
